With over 15 years of HR leadership and advisory experience, I specialise in guiding organisations through complex people challenges with clarity, structure, and legal confidence. I’m not just an HR consultant I’m a trusted advisor with deep expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, and start-up HR function design.
My career spans some of the most demanding environments including Netflix’s VFX division, the Ministry of Defence, the NHS, and the UK civil service. I’ve managed multi site teams, led redundancy programmes, driven HRIS transformation, and achieved 100% compliance on Right to Work audits. As a Postgraduate CIPD qualified HR professional with enhanced DBS and government security clearance, I bring both credibility and commitment to every client I work with.
